Do you provide activities?
We advocate that all our students to do activities and we are here to help them organise or plan them. We know local clubs /groups and obviously know fun places to visit as well. As a group we get together 4-5 times a year during the academic year.
Do I get to choose my school?
No. we have past knowledge of all our available school and will place every student based on their application.
Can I validate my Irish school
year for my school at home?
Yes of course. We do this all the time. You can request a letter of school acceptation, letter of school attendance and school report with all grades + teacher comments.
What happens if I get sick during my stay?
We will make an appointment with a local doctor. Your European Health card will cover this cost and students with a private health insurance can claim back the appointment costs.
When do I have to pay for my program?
We will send you an invoice a month before arrival. Full payment needs to be made on arrival the latest.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No, simply pay your invoice before arrival.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. We do not charge you, if your circumstances change and you can’t make it to Ireland.
Do I get a refund if I return home early / if I need to leave the Program due to
unforeseeable circumstances?
Yes, we have a refund policy based on the students circumstances. however, students expelled from the program will not be refunded

Do I have to take a bus to school?
How much does it cost extra?
Some students can walk to school, yet most of our students get a bus, which costs 300-600 euro for the full academic year.
Can I choose
my own school subjects?
No. in your application form you have the option of informing us of the subjects you must continue over here in Ireland and we will try our best to get you into a school which offers these subjects.
Can I come if I have any mental
or physical conditions?
Absolutely! Do give us as much information on your application as possible as we would love to give you extra support!
Can I come if I am part of the
LGBTIQA+ community?
Absolutely! Ireland is a very open-minded country and we do not discriminate at all. Let us know if you would like some extra support or if you are on medications for transitioning in your application.
Will I get collected from
the airport at arrival?
Yes, one of our chaperones will meet you at the airport and will bring you to your host family.
Can I reach out to my host family before
I arrive to Ireland?
Yes, we would love for you to start building a relationship with your host family before you arrive!!
Do I get to choose my region?
No, on your application you have multiple region choices, and we will try to place you into one of your top 3 regions.This is all subjected to availability in schools and host families that are suitable to the students needs.
